About Us
Engenuity Fiber is a US-based fiber engineering and network design firm delivering broadband and FTTH infrastructure projects for major telecom clients. We are building our India team in Hyderabad and offer interns hands-on exposure to real project work, cross-functional operations, and a fast-moving international work environment.
About the Role
This is a remote internship working directly with our India and US leadership teams. You will support hiring operations, vendor research, and day-to-day founders office tasks. Working hours are 4 PM to 10 PM IST to align with our US team.
Responsibilities
- Make screening calls to candidates and share hiring recommendations
- Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and maintain applicant trackers
- Research and reach out to potential vendors and subcontractors
- Support founders office tasks including admin, document handling, and coordination
Who Should Apply
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Comfortable making calls and working evening hours (4 PM to 10 PM IST)
- Pursuing or recently completed MBA HR, BBA, or any relevant degree
- Proactive, organized, and comfortable working independently
Duration: 1 month with potential extension up to 2 months and Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) for full-time role
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
