Interior Designer
Location: Delhi
Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹75,000 per month (Based on Experience & Skills)

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for a highly creative, detail-oriented, and technically strong Interior Designer to join our growing team in Delhi.
The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in residential and commercial interior projects, strong design visualization skills, and proficiency in industry-standard design software. The candidate should be capable of independently handling projects from concept development to execution while maintaining design quality, timelines, and client expectations.
This role requires a combination of creativity, technical expertise, project coordination, client management, and practical site execution knowledge.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop innovative interior design concepts, layouts, and space planning solutions.
- Prepare detailed working drawings, GFC drawings, furniture layouts, electrical layouts, and technical documentation.
- Create high-quality 3D models, renders, and client presentations.
- Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and design preferences.
- Conduct site visits, measurements, and project inspections.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, consultants, and project teams during execution.
- Ensure design intent is maintained throughout project execution.
- Select materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and décor elements.
- Manage project timelines, design revisions, and documentation.
- Prepare BOQs and support project costing discussions when required.
- Stay updated with current design trends, materials, and industry standards.
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant Interior Design experience.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (Mandatory).
- Hands-on experience with SketchUp (Mandatory).
- Strong working knowledge of Lumion, V-Ray, Enscape, 3ds Max, Revit, or similar visualization software.
- Good understanding of space planning, design detailing, materials, and execution processes.
- Strong design presentation and client communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 5 years of relevant Interior Design experience.
- Portfolio is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- Proficiency in at least one rendering/visualization software (Lumion, V-Ray, Enscape, Revit, or 3ds Max).
- Experience in residential and/or commercial interior projects.
- Candidates with less than 4.5 years of experience are requested not to apply.
