We are looking for an aggressive, results-driven Sales Manager specializing in Roofing Sheets to lead our sales expansion. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth across industrial, commercial, and residential sectors by building a robust distributor network, managing B2B institutional clients, and securing project-based orders.
The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of the roofing sheet market (including GI, GL, PPGI, PPGL, Polycarbonate, and UPVC profiles), an established network of dealers and fabricators, and a proven track record of hitting aggressive sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Primary & Secondary Sales: Drive sales targets for various types of roofing sheets and accessories (screws, ridges, purlins) within the assigned territory.
- Dealer & Distributor Management: Identify, onboard, and manage a high-performing network of dealers, distributors, and stockists. Ensure optimal inventory levels and timely collections.
- B2B & Project Sales: Approach and secure high-value orders from industrial project consultants, PEB (Pre-Engineered Building) contractors, infrastructure developers, architects, and civil engineers.
- Fabricator Engagement: Meet the local fabricators and contractors to build brand loyalty and drive ground-level demand.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor pricing, schemes, product launches, and credit terms. Provide regular feedback to the manufacturing and leadership teams to keep product offerings competitive.
- Outstanding Recovery: Monitor customer credit limits and ensure timely recovery of payments to maintain a healthy cash flow cycle.
- Team Leadership: Guide, train, and track the daily performance of field sales executives to ensure maximum market coverage.
Pay: ₹14,219.42 - ₹57,098.76 per month
