Full job description
Responsibilities:
Oversee the construction of interior projects, from the planning stage to completion
Work with architects, designers, and contractors to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget
Coordinate the activities of all involved parties, including contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
Monitor the quality of work and ensure that it meets all standards
Resolve any problems that arise during construction
Maintain a safe and healthy work environment
Comply with all applicable building codes and regulations
Requirements:
An interior site supervisor should possess skills in project management and Interior design.
Communication, and problem-solving. They must coordinate tasks, ensure quality workmanship, and manage budgets.
Attention to detail, leadership, and knowledge of construction materials and techniques are crucial.
Adaptability and the ability to handle unexpected challenges are also essential.
