Key Responsibilities
- Electrical Systems: Conducting routine checks, maintaining lighting, wiring, DB panels, DG sets, and UPS systems.
- HVAC & Mechanical: Operating and servicing HVAC systems (AHU, FCU), chillers, and monitoring ventilation.
- Plumbing & Water Systems: Repairing leakages, clearing blockages, maintaining pumps, pipes, and water supply systems.
- General/Civil Maintenance: Performing minor repairs, including painting, carpentry, and building infrastructure upkeep.
- Preventive Maintenance (PM): Following schedules for all equipment to prevent breakdowns.
- Reactive Troubleshooting: Responding to emergency breakdowns or resident/tenant complaints within set timeframes.
- Documentation: Recording maintenance work, service reports, and inventory of tools.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
