We are hiring dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executives to drive sales and build strong customer relationships across multiple locations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the assigned location.
- Visit clients/customers to explain and promote company products/services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with retailers, dealers, and end customers.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Prepare and submit daily sales reports to the manager.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Coordinate with the back-office team for timely delivery and support.
- Participate in promotional events, campaigns, and exhibitions if required.
Key Requirements:
- Qualification: Graduation
- Proven experience in sales or freshers with strong sales interest.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
