Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Knowledge(Electrical) :
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Electrical products such as cables, wiring, lighting, Switchgear, etc..
- Stay updated on the latest Market trends, market demands, and competitor activity.
2. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and other sales-related software.Key Competencies:

3. Business Development & Sales:
- Identify and target new business opportunities within the Retail Distribution Sector for electrical products.
- Develop strategies to expand the customer base and increase market share. Lead B2B sales initiatives, preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations. Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
4. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers. Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their needs and provide suitable electrical solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the Retail Counters, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
5. Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and potential business leads.
- Provide regular feedback to management on market conditions, sales strategies, and customer requirements.
- Identify new product opportunities or modifications that could meet client needs.
6. Collaboration & Coordination:
- Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with the company’s objectives.
- Collaborate with the operations and supply chain departments to ensure timely delivery and quality service to clients.
- Prepare reports and sales forecasts to management, tracking progress and performance.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the electrical products or related industries.
- FMCG sectors applicant also apply.
