Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Current Affairs Trainer to provide high-quality coaching for students preparing for UPSC, TNPSC, SSC, Banking, Railways, Defence, and other competitive examinations. The ideal candidate should possess strong awareness of national and international events, government policies, economic developments, and contemporary issues, along with excellent teaching and mentoring skills.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct classroom and online training sessions on Current Affairs and General Awareness.
- Cover topics including National News, International Relations, Government Schemes, Economy, Science & Technology, Environment, Sports, Awards, Reports & Indices, and Important Events.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly current affairs materials and study notes.
- Develop quizzes, assignments, mock tests, and assessment modules.
- Analyze important news and explain its relevance to competitive examinations.
- Conduct revision sessions and doubt-clearing classes.
- Guide students in effective newspaper reading, note-making, and current affairs preparation strategies.
- Stay updated with the latest developments and examination trends.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in any discipline.
- Strong knowledge of current affairs, general studies, and competitive examination requirements.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
- Prior teaching or training experience is preferred.
- Ability to simplify complex national and international issues for students.
- Strong research and content preparation skills.
- Familiarity with online teaching tools and digital learning platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in coaching students for UPSC, TNPSC, SSC, Banking, Railways, Defence, or other government examinations.
- Previous experience as a Current Affairs Faculty or Competitive Exam Trainer.
- Ability to create examination-oriented current affairs content and test series.
- Strong understanding of Indian Polity, Economy, International Relations, and Government Policies.
