Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and articulate Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. This remote role will primarily involve engaging with architects throughout Mumbai and across India, both maintaining our existing relationships and developing new connections. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, and have the capability to represent our company effectively as the primary point of contact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct 15-20 outbound calls daily to architects to discuss our products and services, using scripts provided by the company.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our solutions.
- Actively seek out new business opportunities by contacting potential clients and setting up meetings.
- Present and effectively communicate product details and benefits to both new and existing clients.
- Utilize a laptop to track interactions, updates, and progress in real-time, and share developments with the management team.
- Work towards revenue growth by leveraging existing relationships and forging new ones.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product developments and sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Excellent command of English and Hindi.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently from a home office.
- Must own a laptop with reliable internet access to manage daily activities and track customer interactions.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Compensation:
- Monthly salary: ₹6,000.
- Performance-based bonus: ₹7,000 to ₹14,000.
- Total potential monthly earnings: ₹13,000 to ₹20,000 and beyond, based on performance.
