Moojic is India's leading in-store radio and retail media platform, helping brands create engaging customer experiences across retail stores through curated music, announcements, digital engagement, and technology solutions.
We are looking for enthusiastic and tech-savvy Customer Support Interns to assist with software updates and technical support for our retail clients across India.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Connect with retail store staff and coordinate software update activities.
- Take remote access of client computers using tools such as AnyDesk and TeamViewer.
- Install, update, and configure Moojic software on client systems.
- Troubleshoot basic software and connectivity issues.
- Maintain records of completed updates and support activities.
- Escalate technical issues to the internal technical team when required.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned update tasks across client locations.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems.
- Familiarity with remote desktop tools such as AnyDesk, TeamViewer, or similar applications.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi. Additional regional languages are a plus.
- Comfortable speaking with store staff and coordinating remotely.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Reliable internet connection and personal laptop/desktop.
Preferred Skills
- Basic troubleshooting and technical support experience.
- Understanding of software installation and configuration.
- Customer service or customer support experience (internship/fresher experience accepted).
