About Role
We are looking for a creative, result-oriented, and tech-savvy Digital Marketing Executive to support our global business growth initiatives. The role involves executing digital marketing campaigns, building brand visibility, generating B2B leads, and promoting our technology services including Custom Software Development, AI/ML Solutions, Automation, Cloud Services, and Staff Augmentation.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, SEO, social media marketing, and lead generation, preferably within the IT services or technology industry.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Manage and improve the company’s online presence and brand visibility.
- Create engaging content for: Social media, Website, Blogs, Email campaigns, Marketing collateral
- Generate B2B leads through LinkedIn, email marketing, SEO, and paid campaigns.
- Manage company social media accounts and maintain regular engagement.
- Execute and optimize SEO activities to improve website traffic and rankings.
- Run and monitor paid marketing campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta platforms.
- Coordinate with internal teams for campaign execution, website updates, and marketing materials.
- Monitor analytics, campaign performance, lead metrics, and prepare performance reports.
- Research market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities in the IT and technology sector.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
✔︎ 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
✔︎ Strong understanding of: SEO & SEM, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, Content Marketing, Lead Generation.
✔︎ Experience with tools such as: Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager.
✔︎ Good communication and content writing skills.
✔︎ Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
✔︎ Creative thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
✔︎ Basic understanding of B2B marketing and IT services industry.
Good to have & Qualifications:
✔︎ Experience working in an IT Services, SaaS, Software, or Technology company.
✔︎ Knowledge of AI, Automation, Cloud, or Software Development domains.
✔︎ Familiarity with CRM and Marketing Automation tools.
✔︎ Basic graphic design skills using Canva, Figma, or Adobe tools.
✔︎ Understanding of website CMS platforms such as WordPress.
✔︎ Exposure to international marketing campaigns and global audience targeting.
✔︎ Knowledge of video marketing and short-form content creation.
✔︎ Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
