- Work closely with the sales functions to develop & execute promotional campaigns
- Media planning as part of the overall marketing & communication strategy
- Developing regional-level communication strategies that support the brand plan within the planned budgets
- Primary and secondary market research to analyze opportunities, market gaps, industry trends, and so on.
- Regional new products Launch planning and strategising along with the Regional Sales Team to understand issues with struggling Outlet Sales
- Managing key partners and enhancing business through an effective business relationship with a focus on deploying cost-effective sales initiatives; spearheading various functions of demand planning & forecasting
- Providing direction for trade marketing activities; ensuring execution of Brand Ambassador Plans against brand strategy; planning & tracking budgets and analyzingperformance
- Responsible for developing the BTL plan for effective promotion.
- Ensuring product positioning and brand visibility across the retail segment.
- Planning and execution of loyalty programs for Trade partners and aligning them to business goals.
- Led activation programs with partners to improve brand visibility
- Ensuring internal and external communications adhered to the company’s brand identity manual.
- Enrolling the company’s participation in prospecting trade shows, exhibitions, and road shows to drive the brand visibility
- Ensuring on-time implementation to improve customer base and sales.
- Responsible for analysis and comparison of competitor’s products and competitor strategies for better sales performance.
- Market intelligence, customer research, current market conditions analysis, competition analysis.
