Job Title: HR Manager
Location: Thane, Maharashtra
Timings:9am to 6pm9(Monday to Saturday)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the educational institution's goals.
- Lead a team of recruiters for efficient talent acquisition of faculty and staff.
- Manage a team of HR Generalists handling employee relations and HR operations.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the Chairman on all HR matters.
- Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle and develop effective strategies.
- Guide the HR Generalist team in employee relations, performance management, and policy application.
- Foster positive employee relations and address complex grievances.
- Manage the performance management system to drive development.
- Develop and implement HR policies compliant with legal and sector best practices.
- Oversee compensation and benefits administration.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Develop and analyze HR metrics and provide reports to the Chairman.
- Identify and address learning and development needs across the institution.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Master's degree in HR Management or related field.
- 8-12 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in the educational industry.
- Proven experience managing HR teams (recruiters and generalists).
- Strong understanding of HR in the educational sector.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Indian labor laws.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong employee relations and conflict resolution abilities.
- Experience with performance management systems.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
