Key Responsibilities:
- Data Management: Maintain and update databases, ensuring accuracy and integrity of information.
- Documentation: Prepare, review, and manage various documents, including reports, invoices, and correspondence.
- Inventory Management: Track and manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Record Keeping: Maintain and organize physical and electronic files for easy retrieval and reference.
- Support Services: Assist in the preparation and coordination of meetings, presentations, and training sessions.
- Communication: Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
- Reporting: Generate and distribute regular reports on operational activities and performance metrics.
- Problem-Solving: Address and resolve operational issues and challenges in a timely and efficient manner.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with front office staff and other departments to support overall business operations.
