Job Description
Handle incoming customer queries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner.
Provide accurate information and resolve issues related to products, services, or orders.
Communicate effectively in Kannada with customers from Karnataka regions.
Maintain records of customer interactions and update the Customer Relation system.
Coordinate with internal teams for escalations and ensure timely resolution.
Achieve customer satisfaction targets and maintain quality service standards.
Follow up with customers for feedback and additional support if needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
