Position Overview
Support teams by sourcing, screening and presenting a shortlist of verified candidates aligned to qualified roles.
- Build high quality candidate networks by building solid relationships with these individuals and creating regular touchpoints with them.
- Sourcing skills to be implemented in Non IT requirements.
- Experience of working in BFSI Industry is a big plus.
- Gather market, industry and business intelligence to support team with lead generation.
- Execute on each step of recruitment cycle as required.
Role And Responsibilities
- Aligning your candidates’ career aspirations with our client’s hiring needs. This entails sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating the interview process, and facilitating offers and employment negotiations, all while ensuring a pleasant candidate experience.
- Proactively building relationships with people in the market through face-to-face, phone, and video call meetings
- Pro-actively introducing candidates to clients to help uncover new opportunities for them.
- Staying abreast of recruiting trends and best practices in the IT space
- Working with your team members to build a collaborative, supportive and friendly culture.
- Handle IT requirements from US-based clients
- Manage full-cycle recruiting, including interviews, offers, negotiations, and closed candidates for assigned requisitions
- Source candidates from job portals using advanced search techniques
- Create and post job postings on relevant platforms
- Be well-versed in US-specific terms like W2, C2C, 1099, and US visas
- Work on contract, permanent, and contract-to-hire positions
- Achieve a high conversion ratio of submittals into interviews and placements
Candidate Qualifications
- 3-6 years of experience in US IT Recruitment
- Good working knowledge of ATS tools like CEIPAL, etc.
- Familiarity with technical terminology
- Experience in searching profiles using Boolean search
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Education Background
- Any Bachelor’s degree, equivalent suitable in recruitment industry
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹560,000.00 per year
