Vilcart Solutions Pvt Ltd Is looking for dynamic candidates for Warehouse Manager and Managing warehouse in compliance with company's policies and vision. Overseeing receiving, warehousing, distribution, Auditing, Stock Management and maintenance operations. Setting up standard process and ensure efficient utilization.
Location - Bellary
Role & Responsibilities:
· Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision
· Responsible and accountable for overall Warehouse operations (Including Logistics, Procurement, Packing, Dispatch, Delivery team)
· Manage and Monitor goods in and out activities.
· Warehouse Manager is soul responsible for Stock leakage, Stock Damage, Stock Management.
· Managed a team of Billing, Logistics, Procurement, Packing, Dispatch, Delivery team including Vendors who working in the particular DC.
· Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with ERP system.
· Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results (Including Logistics, Procurement, Packing, Dispatch, Delivery team)
· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
· Liaise with inter departments and Head Office to ensure day to day activities are completed.
· Track and monitor inventory levels and update to procurement team,
· Raise a PO (Purchase Order) in a timely manner
· Train, guide and evaluate new warehouse workers..
· Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new ideas; inspecting department works.
· Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
