Job Summary
SS Hyundai is looking for an experienced and responsible Logistics Manager to oversee vehicle movement, transportation coordination, inventory management, and dispatch operations. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills and the ability to ensure smooth logistics operations across the dealership. Key responsibilities typically include coordinating transportation, monitoring inventory, supervising dispatch activities, and ensuring timely delivery of vehicles and materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate vehicle dispatch and transportation activities.
- Monitor stock movement and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Ensure timely delivery of vehicles, spare parts, and materials.
- Coordinate with transporters, vendors, and internal departments.
- Prepare logistics reports and maintain documentation.
- Monitor loading, unloading, and vehicle movement schedules.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards.
- Optimize logistics operations for efficiency and cost control.
Requirements
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or transportation operations.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and inventory management.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Experience in the automobile industry will be an added advantage.
