About the Role
We are looking for a strategic and growth-oriented General Manager – Sales & Marketing to lead revenue generation, market expansion, and brand development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Drive revenue growth across domestic and international markets.
- Lead and mentor sales, marketing, and business development teams.
- Expand distribution networks and key customer relationships.
- Monitor market trends, competition, and business performance.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and profitability targets.
Requirements
- 3+ years of sales and marketing leadership experience in FMCG.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue growth and market expansion.
- Strong leadership, strategic planning, and negotiation skills.
- MBA preferred.
