- ▪ Preparing offers / quotations and sending the same to clients
- ▪ Following up with customers about their order status.
- ▪ Maintaining reports & databases about the clients and offers
- ▪ Co-ordination with sales team and accounts team for dispatches
- ▪ Sending dispatch details to the clients
- ▪ Coordination with transporters
- ▪ Searching potential clients and generate sales leads by doing proactive marketing via emails,phone calls, etc.
- ▪ Handling exhibition related tasks

▪ Assisting with digital marketing & co-ordinating with the social media design agency for design creatives for marketing & promotional activities.
