Educational Qualification

- Certification in Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Six Sigma (Green Belt/Black Belt preferred)
- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor preferred
- Experience in ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 implementation desirable
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced manufacturing professional to serve as the Management Representative (MR) for our manufacturing operations. The candidate will be responsible for driving ISO compliance, Lean Manufacturing initiatives, TPM implementation, process discipline, and continuous improvement across the organization.
The role requires a hands-on leader who can work closely with production, quality, maintenance, stores, planning, and HR teams to establish a culture of operational excellence and accountability on the shop floor.
The individual must not only maintain management systems but also ensure that improvement actions are effectively implemented and sustained.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
