What you’ll be doing...
We are looking for an enthusiastic Analyst for Executive Communications to manage our internal communications.
Phenomenal communication and copywriting skills, Experience in corporate communications and project management are important qualities too. Creates and enjoys being part of an environment that promotes customer centricity, customer experiences, teamwork, accountability and positive attitude.

Responsibilities:
3-5+ years working in corporate communications and marketing, including executive communications experience, in a fast-paced, high-tech company.
Responsible for creating and drafting slides used for executive communications, (Reports, notes, Agenda setting etc)
Responsible for maintaining org level microwebsite, keeping it up to date with happenings and highlights of the organization on a daily/weekly basis
Will be also responsible for maintaining Org’s distributions Lists, Org Charts other key house keeping items as a single source of truth.
Assist in developing effective corporate communication strategies
Assist and maintain internal communications (memos, newsletters etc.)
Assist in communication of strategies or messages from senior leadership
Shown success developing and implementing strategic employee and external communications across a variety of channels in support of senior level leaders.
Demonstrated experience at an enterprise, software-as-a-service company–working in communications.
Established track record collaborating with and proactively supporting senior leaders on communications strategies and standard processes
Experience leading content development, including storyline development, script writing and guiding visuals (in partnership with visual designer)
Data-minded and metrics-oriented a requirement; experience building out reports and metrics-based programs for executive communications.
You’ll need to have:
Excellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skills
Knowldge on developing microswebsite and maintenance (google sites)
Outstanding organizational and planning abilities
Proficient command of English
Ability to distill complex information into clear, concise messaging; ability to write in a simple, direct, warm and friendly tone.
High degree of flexibility, with the ability to prioritize simultaneously.
