We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor who can transform raw footage into engaging, high-performing social media content. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of short-form video formats and be able to create compelling videos optimized for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook Reels, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit short-form videos for social media platforms.
- Create engaging Reels, Shorts, and promotional videos from raw footage.
- Add captions, transitions, motion graphics, animations, and sound effects.
- Repurpose long-form content into multiple short-form clips.
- Ensure videos align with brand guidelines and content objectives.
- Create attention-grabbing hooks within the first 3 seconds.
- Optimize videos for different platform specifications and aspect ratios.
- Collaborate with content creators, marketers, and founders to develop video concepts.
- Maintain an organized archive of video assets and project files.
- Stay updated with social media trends, editing styles, and platform best practices.

- Proficiency in video editing tools such as:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- After Effects
- CapCut
- DaVinci Resolve
- Final Cut Pro (optional)
- Strong understanding of:

- 1–3 years of experience in social media video editing.
- Experience editing content for founders, personal brands, startups, agencies, or educational businesses.
- Basic graphic design skills using Canva or Adobe Photoshop.
- Familiarity with AI-powered video editing tools.
Pay: ₹10,210.90 - ₹15,889.83 per month
