Job Description:
- Develop remote-friendly recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Conduct virtual interviews and assessments.
- Create and oversee a streamlined remote onboarding process.
- Support in the development and communication of remote work policies and guidelines.
- Organize virtual team-building activities and events.
- Establish clear remote performance expectations and metrics.
- Support in selecting and managing tools for remote communication and collaboration.
- Develop strategies to enhance remote employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Facilitate virtual training sessions and webinars.
- Handle remote employee conflicts and disputes.
- Promote positive remote work relationships.
- Promote a culture of appreciation in a virtual environment.
- Support, prepare and manage the HR budget for remote work-related activities.
Requirements
- Human Resources Management or Business major
- Basic understanding of technical roles and responsibilities
- Experience in office environment would be preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and resume databases
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
Pre-requisites
Laptop or desktop, phone, and good internet connectivity.
