We are looking for a creative, proactive, and highly organized Growth Marketing Manager to manage the online presence and growth of our brands across the USA and UAE (multiple brands - consumer brands, FMCG, Packaging industry Products)
This role is ideal for someone who is naturally active on social media, understands internet culture, follows trends, and enjoys building brands from the ground up.
Gen Z candidates are strongly preferred, as we are looking for someone who genuinely understands today's digital landscape, content trends, creator economy, and consumer behavior.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow our social media presence across multiple platforms
- Create and maintain monthly content calendars
- Plan and execute content and marketing campaigns
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, influencers, and freelancers
- Manage influencer and UGC outreach campaigns
- Assist with website content updates
- Monitor trends and identify growth opportunities
- Track performance and prepare reports
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels
- Use AI tools to improve marketing efficiency and content creation
Requirements
- Active user of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other social platforms
- Strong understanding of social media trends and content marketing
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and brands simultaneously
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc. (MUST)
- Basic photo and video editing skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with Shopify
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central
- Experience with influencer marketing
- Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, or similar tools
- Email marketing experience
- SEO knowledge
