Role Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Business Development Intern to support our team in expanding our client base and fueling business growth. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business development, sales strategy, and the packaging industry. You’ll work closely with experienced professionals and contribute to impactful business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities through outbound emails, LinkedIn prospecting, and other channels.
Client Engagement: Support in building and maintaining client relationships, including coordinating meetings and following up with prospects.
Market Research: Analyze trends and industry data to inform sales strategies and discover new market opportunities.
Sales Support: Assist the Business Development Manager in tracking the sales pipeline, updating CRM, and maintaining client databases.
Content Development: Help develop presentations, proposals, and marketing campaigns that showcase our custom-printed packaging solutions.
Reporting: Keep detailed records of activities, client interactions, and prospect details using Excel or CRM software.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn, Excel, and CRM software (preferred but not mandatory).
Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to conduct market research and think critically to creatively solve problems.
