Position Details:
- Joining Date: 16th June 2026
- Experience: 6 Months – 3 Years in B2C / Inside Sales
- Fixed CTC: ₹3.6 LPA – ₹4.75 LPA + Uncapped Incentives
- Additional Night Shift Allowance of ₹5,000/month from the 5th month onwards
- Candidates applying for the highest CTC bracket should have 1+ years of sales experience
Work Schedule:
- Shift Timings: 7:00 PM – 5:00 AM
- 6 Days Working
- Sundays Fixed Off
- 1st Saturday of every month is Off
- Remaining Saturdays are Work From Home (WFH)
- One-way cab facility provided at logout time
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor's Degree is Mandatory
- Strong communication and sales aptitude
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
- Candidates must be based in Bangalore
- Kindly apply only if you are residing within a 15 km radius of Simplilearn's HSR Layout office for a comfortable daily commute
You should be having minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in Inside Sales
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective learners through outbound calls
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable programs
- Convert qualified leads into enrollments
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
- Maintain CRM records and follow-up pipelines
