We are looking for a Business Analyst with 0–2 years of experience who can gather and analyze business requirements, bridge communication between stakeholders and technical teams, and contribute to process improvements and successful project delivery.

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Requirement Analysis
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders and clients.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications and technical documentation.
Conduct stakeholder meetings, workshops, and requirement gathering sessions.
Business Process Analysis
Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
Design and recommend efficient business workflows and process improvements.
Prepare process flow diagrams, UML diagrams, and business models.
Documentation
Prepare detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and user stories.
Maintain project documentation including use cases, wireframes, and acceptance criteria.
Stakeholder Management
Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, development teams, and QA teams.
Facilitate communication to ensure alignment between business objectives and technical implementation.
Agile & Project Collaboration
Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
Work closely with project managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure delivery as per requirements.
Reporting & Insights
Analyze data and generate reports, KPIs, and business insights to support decision making.
Monitor project deliverables and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Continuous Improvement
Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.
Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices in business analysis.
