Summary: As a Network Operations Representative, you will configure, integrate, and manage the life cycle of telecommunication network elements and associated configuration across Fulfillment and Assurance. You will also manage back office system data records and support customer activations and configuration adjustments. A typical day in this role involves ensuring the smooth functioning of telecommunication networks and providing timely support to customers. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Ensure the smooth functioning of telecommunication networks. - Manage the life cycle of telecommunication network elements. - Integrate and configure telecommunication network elements. - Manage back office system data records. - Support customer activations and configuration adjustments. - Provide timely support to customers. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Unified Communication and Collaboration Operations. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with network troubleshooting and problem-solving. - Strong understanding of telecommunication network operations. - Experience with telecommunication network integration and configuration. - Knowledge of back office system data management. - Familiarity with customer activation processes. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve telecommunication network issues. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Unified Communication and Collaboration Operations. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A BE or Btech degree is required.
