We are seeking a smart, professional, and customer-oriented Front Office Executive to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support. Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests professionally.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails.
- Maintain visitor records and front desk registers.
- Manage courier, dispatch, and incoming/outgoing correspondence.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate conference room bookings.
- Support HR and Administration teams with daily office activities.
- Maintain office files, records, and documentation.
- Ensure the reception area remains organized and presentable.
- Handle general inquiries from employees and visitors.
Requirements
- Graduate In any discipline.
- Freshers can apply; prior experience in reception/front office will be an advantage.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Pleasant personality with a professional attitude.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
