About the Role
We are hiring a WordPress Developer to own the build, maintenance, and performance of the website. You will work closely with our marketing and design teams to ship landing pages, service pages, location pages, and technical improvements that drive leads and SEO rankings. This is a hands-on role with direct impact on revenue.
What You Will Do
- Build and maintain WordPress pages, landing pages, and service pages aligned with Qualigenix brand standards
- Develop custom themes, page templates, and reusable blocks using Elementor or Gutenberg
- Implement on-page SEO requirements including schema markup, meta tags, canonical tags, and structured data
- Optimize site speed, Core Web Vitals, and mobile performance across all pages
- Manage plugin updates, security patches, and overall site health
- Integrate third-party tools including CRMs, Calendly, Google Tag Manager, and analytics platforms
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ship new pages quickly without breaking existing layouts
- Troubleshoot bugs, broken layouts, and cross-browser compatibility issues
- Support programmatic SEO initiatives including location and specialty page rollouts
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of hands-on WordPress development experience
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
- Experience with Elementor Pro or Gutenberg block editor
- Solid understanding of on-page SEO and technical SEO best practices
- Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, GA4, and Search Console
- Experience optimizing for Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, FID)
- Ability to work from design files (Figma or similar) and convert them accurately into WordPress pages
- Strong attention to detail pixel-perfect execution matters here
Nice to Have
- Experience with Next.js and React for headless or hybrid web projects
- Experience with WP Rocket, Cloudflare, or similar performance tools
- Knowledge of JSON-LD schema markup
- Experience building location or programmatic SEO pages at scale
- Familiarity with HIPAA-compliant web practices
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
