Job Summary:
We are seeking a sincere and detail-oriented professional to assist the Chief Admin Manager in day-to-day administrative and billing-related tasks. The candidate will primarily support in bill checking, verification, record maintenance, and coordination with different departments to ensure smooth operational and financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Chief Admin Manager in daily administrative operations.
- Verify and check bills, invoices, and supporting documents for accuracy.
- Maintain records of bills, payments, and approvals.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Support in preparing reports, statements, and MIS data.
- Monitor pending bills and follow up for approvals and submissions.
- Perform data entry and basic accounting support work.
- Carry out any other tasks assigned by the reporting manager.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
