Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and responsible General Assistant Manager to support daily business operations and ensure smooth coordination across departments. The ideal candidate will assist management in planning, supervising staff, maintaining records, handling customer interactions, and improving overall operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of managerial or supervisory experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Experience in the manufacturing or construction materials industry is preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
