Role & responsibilities
-Taking care of the facility related day to day activities and keeping all the premises neat and clear round the clock.
-Regular coordinating with housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness, functionality and maintenance of all workplaces.
-Managing and supervising housekeeping staff and pantry boys including recruitment, training and performance evaluation.
-Monitoring expenses and suggest cost-effective alternatives.
-Coordinating with internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Requirements
-Bachelors degree in hospitality management, hotel management, Certified Facility Manager or equivalent
-Must have in-depth understanding of the facilities operations like housekeeping, vendor management and other information about the process of the facilities
-Excellent time management and multitasking skills
-Good verbal and written communication skills
-Strong people skills and self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
