- Patient Check-In and Check-Out: Greet patients warmly as they arrive at the clinic, verify their appointments, and assist with registration and paperwork. Provide necessary forms and ensure patient information is accurately entered into the clinic's electronic health records system. Process patient check-out, collect payments, and issue receipts.
- Appointment Scheduling: Manage the appointment calendar and schedule patient appointments, ensuring efficient use of doctors' time. Coordinate with medical staff to accommodate urgent cases and reschedule appointments when necessary.
- Phone and Email Communication: Handle incoming phone calls, inquiries, and appointment requests in a courteous and professional manner. Respond to patient inquiries via email or direct them to the appropriate medical staff for assistance.
- Insurance Verification: Verify patient insurance coverage and eligibility, explaining insurance benefits and any out-of-pocket expenses. Assist patients with understanding billing procedures and resolving insurance-related issues.
- Waiting Area Management: Maintain a tidy and organized waiting area, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere for patients. Monitor wait times and communicate delays to patients as needed.
- Medical Records Management: Handle the intake and release of medical records according to the clinic's policies and in compliance with patient privacy regulations (HIPAA).
- Cash Handling and Accounting: Manage cash transactions, co-payments, and reconcile daily payments. Prepare financial reports and accurately record financial transactions.
- Patient Education: Provide patients with basic information about the clinic's services, procedures, and general health-related resources.
- Emergency Preparedness: Understand emergency protocols and procedures, including contacting emergency services when necessary.
- Office Support: Assist with general administrative tasks such as photocopying, filing, and maintaining inventory of office supplies.

- Shift: 9am-6pm and 12pm - 9pm (Should be ok with rotational shifts)
- 6 days working with 1 rotational off between Monday to Friday (Saturday and Sunday are fixed working days)
