Job Overview
We are looking for a member to ensure the smooth execution of academic activities for NEET & JEE programs. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational abilities, a data-driven mindset, and the capability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Coordination & Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams (academic, operations, content) to ensure seamless execution of academic plans.
Academic Issue Resolution:
Identify and resolve academic-related issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Academic Activity Monitoring:
Track and ensure that all scheduled academic activities are conducted as per plan.
Content Team Coordination:
Collaborate with the content team to ensure timely development and delivery of academic materials.
Task Ownership:
Take end-to-end responsibility for assigned tasks and ensure timely completion.
Reporting & Meetings:
Prepare weekly reports, track progress, and actively participate in review meetings.
Data Analysis & Insights:
Analyze academic and operational data to generate actionable insights and support decision-making.
Candidate Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s and/or Master’s Degree (preferred)
1+ year of relevant experience in academic operations or a similar role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving approach
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Profile
