What would be your job responsibility?
As a junior structural engineer, you would be responsible for designing buildings and building components for high velocity hurricane regions. You will be challenged every day with different engineering problems and exposed to a diverse variety of structural engineering projects involving finite element analysis and complex engineering calculations, working and learning with experienced industry professionals.
We will help you achieve your goals and aspirations, in return, we will expect you to perform your responsibilities as noted below-
- Working on structural design of residential and commercial building projects.
- Completing the projects withing strict deadlines and budget.
- Delivering quality engineering solutions.
- Working closely with the senior staff and keeping them informed of the project progress and decision making.
- Coordinating your work with other members of the team.
Min. qualifications-
- The applicant must possess a bachelor's / master's degree in civil engineering.
- The applicant must have clear understanding of structural design concepts and design procedures, and will be expected to pro-actively learn the design procedures from the senior executives after selection.
- Knowledge of wooden structures in USA is a plus.
- The applicant must have a working knowledge of structural engineering softwares like Etabs, STAAD.PRO, Enercalc, etc.
- The applicant must have a working knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit software.
- This is a junior engineering role, working professionals with industry experience 1-5 years are allowed.
- Knowledge of international standards like ACI 318, ASCE 7, AISC, etc. is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
