We are looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our team in a mid-management position as the Studio Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural design projects from concept through completion.
- Oversee and ensure quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) for all projects.
- Coordinate and collaborate with clients, consultants, and team members to deliver high-quality designs. You will be working across teams in both India and Australia
- Manage project timelines and project delivery.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 - 10 years of experience in architecture.
- Strong design and design management skills.
- You need to be an B. Arch registered architect to apply for this position from a prestigious institution in India. Civil Engr and draughtsman need not apply.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for quality.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; a true people person.
- Knowledge Revit and other 3D rendering software.
- Experience of working remotely is desirable.
- Freshers will not be considered.
Softwares : We work on Revit/Lumion/D5 Render/SketchUp/ Photoshop, and knowledge of all is desirable.
Skills : Highly developed design, design analysis and review skills ;Very good verbal communication skills; An eye for detail; 3D modelling; High level presentation and graphics skills.
Salary : Salary will be offered as per the skill level of the candidate within the advertised range.
