Role Summary
1. Product Certification Management : Ensure all product certification requirements are met effectively and efficiently.
2. Integrated Management System: Oversee the adequacy and continuous improvement of the IMS in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 standards.
3. Audits : Conduct and manage both internal and external audits Include NABL & JIS, and lead Management Review Meetings (MRM).
4. Training and Upskilling : Organize and facilitate training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the Quality team.
5. Customer Complaints : Manage and resolve customer complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
6. EUCEB Conformance : Ensure adherence to EUCEB standards in alignment with group protocols.
Key responsibilities and activities include, but is not limited to:
Management of QMS:
Audit Management:
Manage internal and external audits (e.g., customer audits, certifying bodies, third parties).
Conduct regular follow-ups on targets or specific assignments for management review members.
Update superiors regularly on the progress of all assigned tasks.
Records and Compliance:
Maintain records to ensure document compliance.
Uphold Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards within areas of responsibility.
Ensure all leading and lagging indicators are maintained as per the set goals.
Customer Communication and Feedback:
Handle Customer Complaint Forms (CCF) according to agreed protocols.
Ensure EUCEB conformance with established group guidelines.
Integrate and adhere to MMR within the QMS.
Customer-Specific Responsibilities:
Certification Management:
Ensure quality certification of products including JIS and systems (ISO 9K+NABL)
Secure the implementation and right to use quality marks/certificates for finished goods and health certificates such as EUCEB, KORONA, etc.
Interact with external certifying bodies for surveillance audits.
Plan and manage internal audits, Management Review Meetings (MRM), and closure of nonconformities.
Control and manage documentation.
Laboratory Management:
Ensure calibration of all lab equipment in coordination with the Project Management (PM) function.
Ensure availability of lab consumables and propose alternatives.
Propose cost reductions in testing, calibration, and consumables.
Staff Management:
Education: BSc. & B.E. Mechanical or Diploma Mechanical engineer
Experience: 5 to 7 years’ Working experience in Manufacturing organisation
