Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytically strong Analyst to support portfolio compliance monitoring, structured products operations, and regulatory reporting.
The role involves working across diverse investment strategies to ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and internal investment guidelines while driving process improvements and maintaining high data integrity standards.
The ideal candidate will have experience in investment operations, compliance monitoring, or portfolio analytics within banking, asset management, or trustee environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, enhance, and maintain portfolio monitoring systems across structured products and other asset classes to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and investment guidelines.
- Translate investment guidelines, credit agreements, and deal documentation into rule-based logic for automated pre-trade and post-trade compliance monitoring.
- Perform portfolio reviews, cash and position reconciliations with trustees and service providers to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Execute hypothetical trades to validate compliance with credit agreements and identify potential breaches proactively.
- Monitor structured product cash flows including interest payments, principal repayments, expenses, and waterfall distributions.
- Prepare and deliver daily, monthly, and quarterly compliance and risk reports for portfolio managers, investors, trustees, and rating agencies.
- Investigate and resolve compliance breaches in coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement in operational processes, internal controls, and data governance frameworks.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or certifications such as CFA / FRM / CAIA preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in operations, compliance, portfolio monitoring, or related roles in banking, trustees, or asset management.
- Strong understanding of structured products, fixed income, or credit markets preferred.
- Experience with compliance monitoring systems such as:
- Charles River Development
- Bloomberg AIM
- BlackRock Aladdin
- LZ Sentinel
- Clearwater Analytics
- Solvas Solutions or similar platforms
- Strong analytical skills with experience handling large datasets; SQL knowledge is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and drive process improvements.

Pay: ₹420,438.58 - ₹1,686,014.61 per year
