Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Selection:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and select qualified candidates.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and extending job offers.
- Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, providing guidance and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Promote a positive workplace culture and facilitate effective communication between management and employees.
- Performance Management:
- Assist in the development and implementation of performance management systems.
- Provide support and guidance to managers and employees on performance-related matters.
- Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and suggest improvements.
- Compensation and Benefits:
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of compensation structures that are competitive and equitable.
- Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
- Prepare and maintain HR-related reports and documentation.
- HR Policies and Procedures:
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures to align with organizational goals and legal requirements.
- Communicate and enforce HR policies consistently across the organization.
- Strategic HR Initiatives:
- Participate in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives that support business objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an HR role, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
