Job Requirement:
- Oversee daily administrative operations of the plant including Casual worker gap, office maintenance, housekeeping, security, and transport.
- Ensure proper functioning of utilities like electricity, water supply, Fuel, and infrastructure.
- Guest house and company housing management.
- Manage vendors for Casual Manpower, canteen, housekeeping, transport, security, and other services.
- Staff canteen management.
- Process bills and coordinate with accounts for timely payments.
- Arrange travel, accommodation, and logistics for employees and visitors.
- Handle gate passes, visitor management, and courier services.
- Maintain administrative records, contracts, and documents.
- Ensure proper filing (physical & digital) for easy retrieval.
- Assist HR team in onboarding, induction, ID card issuance, and employee records.
- Support attendance, leave tracking, and employee coordination.
- Help in employee engagement activities and welfare initiatives.
- Act as a link between plant departments, vendors, and management.
- Coordinate meetings; prepare MOM, and follow-up on action points.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
