We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a range of HR functions, including documentation, recruitment, process development, and team collaboration. The HR Executive will play a crucial role in building and maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation.
- Conduct orientation sessions for new hires to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
- Handle documentation related to employee contracts, benefits, and other HR processes.
- Streamline existing processes to enhance efficiency and compliance.
- Address employee concerns and conflicts in a professional and timely manner.
- Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and engagement initiatives.
- Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
- Support employees in their career growth and skill enhancement.
- Promote a culture of collaboration and teamwork.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Executive or in a similar HR role.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
