Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent English communication skills and the ability to handle customer queries professionally through calls, emails, and chats. Candidates must be comfortable working in US night shifts and hybrid work environments.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries and concerns via phone, email, and chat.
Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and follow-ups.
Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
Achieve individual and team performance targets.

Required Skills

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Good interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
Basic computer knowledge and MS Office proficiency.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable with Night Shift / US Shift timings.

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate in any discipline.
Freshers & experienced candidates can apply.
Prior experience in customer support/BPO will be an added advantage.
