Full job description

Are you passionate about transforming good photographs into exceptional visual stories?

We are looking for a Photo Editor / Image Retoucher to join our team and help create high-quality visual content from branding, institutional, and commercial photoshoots.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Professionally edit and retouch photographs from branding, corporate, educational, and commercial photoshoots
Perform color correction, color grading, exposure balancing, skin retouching, and image enhancement
Ensure consistency in visual style across large batches of photographs
Remove distractions, improve compositions, and enhance overall image quality while maintaining a natural look
Organize, sort, select, and deliver images as per project requirements
Collaborate with photographers and creative teams to achieve the desired visual outcome
Maintain quality standards while meeting project deadlines

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in professional photo editing and retouching
Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Lightroom
Excellent understanding of color theory, exposure, contrast, and image aesthetics
Ability to perform natural-looking skin retouching and portrait enhancement
Strong attention to detail and quality control
Ability to handle large volumes of images efficiently
Good file management and workflow practices
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Bonus Skills:

Experience working on school, institutional, corporate, or branding photoshoots
Advanced Photoshop compositing and manipulation skills
Experience with AI-assisted editing workflows
Graphic design experience (Canva, Illustrator, Photoshop)
Understanding of print production and image preparation for large-format outputs
