Senior Technical Trainer (Web Development, App Development, Data Analytics & AI) – 5+ Years Experience Required

Job Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced, passionate, and industry-oriented Technical Trainer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in teaching, mentoring, and developing professionals across multiple technology domains. The ideal candidate should possess strong practical expertise in Software Development, Full Stack Development, Mobile App Development, Data Analytics, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning, along with exceptional communication and training skills.

This role requires an individual who can bridge the gap between theoretical concepts and real-world industry applications, helping students build job-ready skills through project-based learning, live demonstrations, case studies, and mentorship.

Key ResponsibilitiesTraining Delivery & Mentorship

Deliver high-quality classroom and online training sessions for students, working professionals, and corporate trainees.
Conduct interactive lectures, workshops, coding sessions, and hands-on practical labs.
Guide students through real-world projects, assignments, capstone projects, and portfolio development.
Mentor learners on industry best practices, coding standards, debugging techniques, and software development methodologies.
Evaluate student performance through assessments, quizzes, mock interviews, and project reviews.
Provide career guidance and interview preparation support.

Required Skills & Expertise

We are seeking a Senior Technical Trainer (5+ Years Experience) with strong industry and training experience in one or more of the following domains:

Full Stack Development: HTML, CSS, Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, Next.js, Angular, Node.js, Express.js
Databases: MongoDB, MySQL, Database Design & Query Optimization
MERN / MEAN Stack Development
Mobile App Development: React Native, API Integration, App Deployment
Data Analytics: Advanced Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau
Data Science & AI: Python, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, TensorFlow, Scikit-Learn, Generative AI

Technical Training Areas1. Software Development & Full Stack Development

The trainer should have strong expertise in:

Curriculum Development

Design and update training materials according to current industry standards.
Create structured learning paths for beginners and advanced learners.
Develop coding challenges, assignments, assessments, and project-based learning modules.
Regularly update content based on evolving technologies and market trends.

Industry & Placement Readiness

Conduct mock interviews and technical assessments.
Train students on resume building and portfolio development.
Share real-world project workflows and development practices.

Required Qualifications

✅ Have experience with both online and offline training environments.

Experience Requirement: 5+ Years (Mandatory)

Candidates with proven expertise in Web Development, MERN Stack, MEAN Stack, Mobile App Development, Data Analytics, Data Science, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, Python, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and related technologies will be given preference. Only experienced professionals with strong practical knowledge and training capabilities should apply.

Ideal Candidate

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
B.Tech / B.E. (Computer Science, IT, AI/ML, Software Engineering)
MCA (Master of Computer Applications)
M.Tech / M.E. in relevant disciplines
5+ years of hands-on industry experience
Experience in training, mentoring, or teaching students/professionals
Ability to deliver practical, project-based learning
Strong communication, presentation, and curriculum development skills
Experience working on real-world projects and industry applications
