Position Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and quality-focused QA Engineer who can ensure product stability, usability, performance, and release readiness. The candidate should be able to perform both manual and automation testing, test product flows from a user perspective, identify issues clearly, and work with developers, product teams, clients, and users to improve overall product quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform manual and automation testing for web applications, APIs, platforms, and product features.
- Create and maintain test cases, test plans, checklists, testing reports, and QA documentation.
- Test functionality, UI/UX, responsiveness, user flows, business logic, edge cases, and release readiness.
- Conduct regression, smoke, sanity, integration, API, and production-level testing.
- Identify, document, track, retest, and verify bugs with clear steps, screenshots, recordings, and expected results.
- Work with developers and product teams to ensure issues are understood, fixed, and closed properly.
- Connect with clients and users to collect feedback, understand issues, and validate real user experiences.
- Support automation testing using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar frameworks.
- Ensure features meet requirements, acceptance criteria, product expectations, and user outcomes.
- Share QA status, risks, product gaps, and improvement suggestions with internal teams.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of manual testing, automation testing, QA processes, and bug reporting.
- Knowledge of testing tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Postman, Swagger, or similar.
- Basic understanding of APIs, databases, frontend/backend workflows, and web applications.
- Ability to test products from both technical and user experience perspectives.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving ability.
- Good communication skills to discuss issues with developers, teams, clients, and users.
- Familiarity with Jira, Trello, ClickUp, GitHub Issues, or similar project/bug tracking tools.
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of SQL, MongoDB, browser dev tools, logs, and debugging workflows.
- Understanding of performance testing, security testing basics, and cross-browser testing.
- Experience with CI/CD testing pipelines and automated test execution will be a plus.
- Experience testing SaaS platforms, dashboards, admin panels, mobile apps, or product-based systems.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
