Full job description

Job Description:

Join a high impact team where quality engineering meets intelligent automation
In this role you ll help shape the reliability of enterprise grade RPA solutions by designing robust testing strategies across leading automation platforms
You ll collaborate closely with developers business analysts and stakeholders to validate bot behavior ensure seamless integrations and drive confidence in every release
With exposure to modern automation testing practices CI CD and emerging capabilities like Generative AI you ll play a key role in accelerating delivery while maintaining strong governance and stability
If you enjoy solving complex problems mentoring teams and improving automation maturity at scale this is a great opportunity to influence outcomes across multiple programs and create measurable business value through dependable automation

Key Responsibilities:

Define and execute end to end test strategies for RPA solutions across design build deployment and post release validation
Create detailed test plans test cases and traceability aligned to business processes bot workflows and control requirements
Perform functional regression integration and UAT support testing for bots built on leading RPA tools
Validate bot stability across environments schedules queues credentials exception handling and recovery scenarios
Automate test execution where applicable using modern automation testing approaches and frameworks
Collaborate with RPA developers to triage defects perform root cause analysis and drive fixes to closure with clear evidence
Ensure version control discipline and review changes using GitHub workflows to support controlled releases
Support CI CD aligned testing practices by integrating test assets results and quality gates into delivery pipelines
Produce clear test reports quality metrics and release readiness recommendations for stakeholders
Mentor junior testers consultants and contribute to reusable test accelerators templates and best practices

Technical Requirements:

Graduation in Engineering Computer Science Information Technology or a related discipline
5 years of overall experience with strong exposure to testing RPA solutions and automation driven workflows
Hands on experience with RPA tools and testing of bot logic exception handling and process outcomes
Strong knowledge of automation testing concepts including test design defect lifecycle and regression strategy
Working proficiency with at least one RPA platform such as UI Path Automation Anywhere Blue Prism or Power Automate
Experience using GitHub for version control collaboration and release traceability
