Inviting applications for the role of Vice President- Delivery lead! Responsibilities: - We are seeking a seasoned Vice President Complex Delivery to lead large multi-tower transformation programs across Consumer Goods Life Sciences Health and Retail clients. The role demands strong delivery leadership P&L ownership and a proven ability to drive digital cloud and product engineering transformation at scale. - Key Responsibilities: - Strategic Leadership & Delivery Management - Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale digital transformation programs across CPG Life Sciences Health and Retail industries. - Own P&L responsibilities: for portfolios exceeding $15 M+ ensuring profitability operational efficiency and client satisfaction. - Implement digital quality engineering frameworks including Gen AI-powered accelerators Six Sigma (DMAIC/DMADV) and automation-led operating models. - Drive governance risk management budget control and successful execution of multi-tower programs (technology operations data cloud). - Client Engagement & Business Growth - Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders across CPG Life Sciences Health and Retail. - Shape renewal strategies drive incremental revenue and support deal shaping solution design and pre-sales. - Build and scale delivery capabilities across geographies leading teams of 500+ FT Es across multi-vendor multi-region environments. - Partner with sales consulting and domain leaders to identify new opportunities and create differentiated value. - Innovation & Thought Leadership - Leverage emerging technologies such as Gen AI NLP ML predictive analytics automation and cloud-native engineering to optimize QE Dev Ops and Product Engineering processes. - Contribute to proposals client workshops strategic consulting engagements and industry PO Vs. - Drive continuous improvement and innovation roadmaps aligned to client and business objectives.
