About the Group

iQuery, ScholarSkool, and AnVeda are three synergistic entities operating in the Education and EdTech space. Together, they address diverse learning needs — from academic support and skill development to knowledge management and AI-driven learning solutions. The group is in an exciting growth phase and is looking to strengthen its administrative backbone with a capable and proactive team member.

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Admin Executive to provide seamless administrative support across all three entities. This is a cross-functional role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and takes initiative in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

Office & Vendor Management

Oversee day-to-day office operations across entities, ensuring a well-organized and productive work environment
Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and external agencies; negotiate and process purchase orders
Maintain office supplies, equipment, and facility upkeep; coordinate repairs and AMC renewals
Maintain trackers for contracts, renewals, and vendor performance

Accounts & Invoicing Support

Assist with preparation, tracking, and filing of invoices across all three entities
Coordinate with the accounts team for payment follow-ups, reimbursements, and petty cash management
Maintain accurate records of expenses, receipts, and financial documentation
Support month-end activities such as reconciliation and expense reporting

HR & Recruitment Coordination

Assist in end-to-end recruitment coordination — job postings, scheduling interviews, and candidate communication
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management databases
Support onboarding and offboarding processes including documentation and asset management
Coordinate training schedules, team meetings, and employee engagement activities

Scheduling & Executive Support

Manage calendars and schedule meetings, calls, and travel arrangements for senior management
Draft and review correspondence, presentations, and internal communications
Coordinate across teams to ensure follow-through on action items and deadlines
Handle ad hoc requests and special projects as assigned by leadership

Who We're Looking For

Graduate in any discipline (Business Administration / Commerce preferred)
1–3 years of administrative / executive support experience; EdTech or start-up experience is a plus
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail
Good written and verbal communication skills in English; Hindi is an added advantage
Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working in a lean, multi-entity setup
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
